This notice explains how CuraEterna processes personal data when you use the website, create an account, apply as a provider or place an order.

Data processed

We may process account and contact details, language settings, provider applications, order and payment information, communications, security logs and information needed to locate cemeteries and graves. Information about a deceased person may indirectly concern relatives or other living people.

Purposes

We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process orders and payments, coordinate providers, send requested messages, operate authorised reminders and newsletters, prevent abuse, meet obligations and defend legal rights.

Recipients and international processing

Data may be shared with the assigned provider only as required and with technical suppliers such as hosting, Resend, Google sign-in and Stripe when active. We do not sell personal data. International processing is handled under applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

Data is kept for the period required by its purpose, accounting duties and disputes. Accounts, orders, photographs, consents and logs may follow different periods. We use access controls, encryption in transit and private storage.

Your rights
