Registers, graves and maps
Cemetery data, names and coordinates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify them with the responsible authority.
Providers and photographs
Services are carried out by assigned providers. Catalogue and evidence images document work only within the stated limits and do not promise identical results.
Execution times and bad weather
The provider carries out the service within the time stated for the offer, up to a maximum of 5 working days from assignment. In case of bad weather (for example rain), the time may increase by up to 2 working days. The days indicated are working days: Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.

Availability and links
The service and external links may change or be temporarily unavailable. External sites remain their operators’ responsibility.
Grave position and penalty
The customer is responsible for marking the grave position accurately on the map. If it cannot be located with certainty, contact info@curaeterna.ch instead of entering approximate coordinates. If the provider cannot find the grave due to a wrong or imprecise position, a 10 CHF penalty is charged. The provider documents the search by sending the GPS position of the point searched and covering a radius of at least 15 metres around the indicated point. The penalty is split 80% to the provider, as compensation for the wasted trip, and 20% to CuraEterna.
